- Account data — name, email address, company name and password (stored only as a salted hash).
- Billing data — wallet balance, recharge requests and transfer confirmations you send us.
- Usage data — API request metadata: model, token counts, cost, latency and timestamps. Prompt and completion content is proxied to upstream providers and is not retained by us.
- Contact messages — whatever you submit through the contact form, including your email address.
3. How we use it
We use this information to operate the gateway, meter and bill usage, respond to your requests, and keep the Service secure. We do not sell personal data.
4. Third parties
API requests are forwarded to the upstream model providers you invoke (for example OpenAI, Anthropic, Google or DeepSeek), and their privacy policies apply to the processing they perform.
5. Retention & security
Usage and billing records are retained as long as your account is active. API keys are stored as irreversible hashes and are displayed only once at creation. All traffic to the Service is encrypted with TLS.
