1. Service

Gujia Technology Accessories inc. ("Gujiata AI", "we") operates an application programming interface gateway (the "Service") that provides access to third-party artificial intelligence models. The Service is offered from our registered office at 1312 17th Street Suite 811, Denver, CO 80202, US.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials confidential. API keys issued through your account must be protected; you are responsible for all usage made with your keys. Notify us immediately via the contact form if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Wallet & billing

The Service is prepaid: you recharge your wallet by bank transfer after receiving our account details by email. Every API call is billed per token at the rates published on the Pricing page, using usage figures reported by the upstream model provider. Wallet balances do not expire and are not refundable except where required by law.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is unlawful, harmful, infringing, or that violates the acceptable-use policies of the underlying model providers. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules without refund.

5. Third-party models

Outputs are generated by third-party models. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability or behavior. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the version published on this page prevails. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
